FAQs

Wood flowers?! What the heck are wood flowers?!

Yep! You read that right, our flowers are made of WOOD. Each flower is handmade, than hand painted. These flowers are made from a super soft balsa wood, and in their raw state, they are ivory colored. Since they are handmade, no two are identical!

What colors can you make the flowers?

Our flowers start as an ivory/ cream color. The beauty of wood flowers is we can literally color match these bad boys to any color in the world! We use acrylic and latex paint to create the perfect, customized color for you. To create beautiful & realistic coloring, we dunk, airbrush & hand paint all our flowers. It all begins with an idea, and ends in a stunning flower arrangement that you can keep forever.

Are the bouquets and / or arrangements ready to ship?

Unless items are in the shop, no. Since all of our work is custom, we create the flowers once you order them. Processing and shipping depends on our current schedule, but we will try our hardest to accommodate your needs.

Do you accept custom orders or inspiration pictures?

Absolutely, YES. Send us your inspiration pictures or better yet send us your entire Pinterest Wedding folder! From the exact color of flowers, the type of flowers, the greenery all the way to the type of wrap you’d like your bouquet handle wrapped in, your order is customized 100% for YOU. We keep you updated throughout the entire process, with pictures along the way to make sure you are loving what we are creating for you.

How long will these flowers last? How do I take care of them?

With proper care, your flowers will last for years to come. Remember, they are made of WOOD so they are highly flammable, keep them away from any open flame and liquids! Keep these delicate flowers their most beautiful by handling with great care. If they ever get a little dusty, we recommend hitting them with a blow dryer on low heat, low power.

How do I store my flowers before and after my event?

Your flowers will come bubble wrapped in a large box. Of course, it’s okay to take them out and admire the beauty of your bouquets and other arrangements, we suggest keeping them in the box until your event. That way no accidents happen (heaven forbid)!

After your event, display your bouquets and arrangements anywhere you’d like! Direct sunlight might fade the color of your flowers a bit, so we suggest keeping them away from any window seals, and again, they are incredibly flammable so no open flame. Since these are a natural product, we also suggest keeping them away from high amounts of humidity and liquid.

Do you require a deposit?

On custom orders we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation to cover the cost of materials such as flowers and greenery. The remaining balance is due once your order is complete, and I’ve sent you pictures of the finished product to ensure your complete satisfaction.

How do I know what my finished product will look like?

From the moment you first reach out to us, to the day you get married, we will be in contact with you. We make sure to send plenty of pictures of flower types, colors, greenery, fillers and everything in between to make sure you are in love with the finished product. We will also ask you WAY too many questions, we want to know your wedding theme, your wedding colors, where you’re getting married, what your bridal party is wearing and about 100 other things. The game “20 questions” ain’t got anything on us.

When should I place my order? Do you accept rush orders?

Wedding orders require 8 weeks processing time. While we understand life happens, we do accept rush orders but we charge a $50 rush fee. Non wedding items usually have a shorter processing time, it’s best to contact us if you’re crunched for time.

What if I have no idea of what I want?

That is totally okay! We absolutely love creative control, some of our best ideas are sprung up there!

I am here for the puppy arrangements but I can’t find them on your website!

Due to popular demand, those bad boys are offered 2x a year; Christmas and Valentines Day!
